How to order
You choose the products, say whether you will pick the order up or want it delivered, the time and your details, and press the “Order with obligation to pay” button. Before pressing it, you can review and correct your order.
When we receive it, we send you a confirmation by email. The restaurant may decline an order if it has no availability or if the address is outside the delivery area; in that case we will let you know and you will not have to pay anything.
The data you give us is processed according to the privacy policy.
Prices and delivery costs
Prices are in euros and include VAT.
If you ask for home delivery, the delivery cost and any minimum order are shown before you confirm the order and are added to the total.
The total you see before pressing the button is what you will pay. There are no other charges.
Payment
You pay when you collect or receive the order, using one of the methods offered by the restaurant that you choose in the form (for example, cash or card).
If a confirmed order is not collected or cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to you, the restaurant may claim its amount.
Pickup and delivery
The pickup or delivery time is the one you choose in the form, within the available slots. It is approximate and may vary by a few minutes depending on the kitchen workload and traffic.
If there is any problem with the time, the restaurant will call you on the phone number you gave us.
Right of withdrawal
Because these are prepared foods that can deteriorate or expire rapidly, there is no right of withdrawal (article 103(d) of the Spanish consolidated General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).
If you want to cancel or change an order, call the restaurant on 938 50 47 83 as soon as possible. If it has not started being prepared yet, we will try.
Allergens
The allergen information for each dish is provided by the restaurant. When a dish says “Allergens: please ask at the restaurant”, it means the information is not on the website, not that the dish has none.
If you have any allergy or intolerance, please ask at the restaurant before ordering, by calling 938 50 47 83.
Issues and complaints
If your order arrives incomplete, wrong or in poor condition, let us know as soon as possible on 938 50 47 83 or at canzeppelinspizzeria@gmail.com, and we will sort it out.
Official complaint forms are available at the restaurant, in accordance with the Catalan Consumer Code (Law 22/2010).
You can also contact the Catalan Consumer Agency (Agència Catalana del Consum) or your local consumer information office.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law and Catalan consumer regulations. In the event of a dispute, the courts of your place of residence as a consumer will have jurisdiction.
